Tuataji - therefore no mood to blog. Got to complete the Settlement for Yarra Edge by 26th March, otherwise Mirvac will charge interest from 20/2 till settlement (@$210++ per day). The bank is not comfortable to lend because the income is insufficient for a 2nd properties. Loan is finally approved, but will not disbursed till next week due to documentation. Hope Mark Osborne can help negotiate the late interest.
